COMMUNITY NETWORK DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Blue Sea Consilium (B.S.C.) will accomplish its mission to reduce crime in American cities by influencing individual community members to take the serious crime out of their own neighborhoods. This is not impossible.

Through our Community Network Development Program, Blue Sea Consilium will build trust at the ground level by being completely immersed in the human surroundings. Leading by example and creating genuine relationships through interpersonal interactions will change the environment.

By influencing the mindset of key players in crime B.S.C. can reduce recidivism and crime activity overall.

Thereby allowing other community social programs to gain traction for their own missions

BLUE SEA CONSILIUM

Step 1: Identify & Contact

First our veteran advisors make contact with potential candidates in targeted neighborhoods. These are individuals who have been identified by probation and parole officers to have a low likelihood of conforming to society in a contributory way.

Step 2: Interview

B.S.C. initiates an interview meeting with a potential candidate.

The Interview Meeting establishes a working relationship and identifies decision-making motivation through the same recruitment techniques used abroad by veterans.

Step 3: Values & Motivation

Through empathy based values a candidate’s decision-making motivation is understood and redirected toward community contribution. A new relationship  expands the knowledge basis on gang activity, VIPs, organized crime, and local crime processes.

Step 4: Trust & Relationships

The network in the community grows through establishing trust with new candidates & community VIPs.

Through a dedicated mutual effort the B.S.C. & candidate relationship succeeds with guiding an individual's motivation to find alternatives to crime involvement like employment or education.

Step 5: Identify Potential

Our organization is of the belief that common ground can be found with anyone. In every community there are highly influential personnel who can align with our mission to improve the situation in their own community. Candidates of high potential will be employed with B.S.C. to work in a range of roles to include instructing or advising for our veteran employees.

Step 6: Transformation

Highly capable candidates who are  employed with B.S.C. will be selected to train with veteran advisors in order to become Community Recruiters. These personnel are trained to have same capabilities as a veteran advisor and will have the competence to preform steps 1-6 in their own community.

WHAT ARE INDIVIDUAL MOTIVATIONS?

All life decisions can be simplified down to six motivating factors.

C.R.I.M.E. - C.

Through relationship building in interview meetings, the core of an individual’s motivation for their life decisions can be understood and capitalized on to find a common goal to change the community.

Click through the slides below and decide what is motivating you.

Abandoned Building

Compromised

This motivation is typically a position of debt where there is no easy resolution and an individual must accept standards lower than desirable.

ROLES IN THE TRANSFORMATION

Society is composed of communities, every community is made of individuals,

and a team of individuals united by a common goal can change the world.
